What can I do if my access code doesn't work?

If you want to activate a code for the first time, you have to log in to your account on the platform and click on “+ Add a code”. 

If you already have products on your home screen and you wish to add more codes, click on the Contents tab and then on the blue ‘+ Add a code’ button at the top right of your screen. Remember to check capital letters, accents, spaces... 

If your code does not work, it may be because:

 - your code has already been redeemed 

- your code has expired 

- the code was entered incorrectly 

- it is a code to join a group (6-character code) and not a code to add a product (20-character code).

- You have purchased a hybrid edition (printed book + access to the digital version): you will find your access code on the internal part of the cover. It is a 20-character code that gives access to the digital book and all its associated resources ( you do not have to enter the ISBN code).

You need to “scratch the grey field/rectangle” to see the licence/access code as shown here below on the screenshot.
