To join a group, you must click on "Add code" and introduce a 6-character code that your teacher will provide you. If your code doesn't work, it can be because:

• you didn't write the code correctly. Check that you did not add or eliminate any characters.
  
  

• you are using a code to add a product (20-character code) and not a code to join a group (6-character code)
  
  

• you are using an order reference number (9-letter code) and not a code to join a group (6-character code)
  
  

• your teacher has deactivated the access code (in that case, you will see the message "this group has disabled joining by code"). Please talk to your teacher to confirm whether or not joining by code was disabled on purpose. In case it should still be enabled, your teacher will have to edit the group to activate the code.

On the "Groups" tab you will be able to see all the groups you belong to.
