I don't receive my student's assignments
If your student tells you they have sent you an assignment but you cannot see it, it could be because the student did not submit the assignment correctly. Ask them to check from their account whether the assignment is in the "Submitted" category. If the assignment is still in the "Active" category, the student must make sure to click on "Submit" on this screen:
