1  Sign in to the platform

Open Google Chrome, go to the platform, and sign in with your account.

2  Open Developer Tools

Right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect" from the menu.

3  Display the full menu and open Application

In Developer Tools, click the double arrow icon (>>) to display the hidden tabs, then select "Application."

4  Clear the site's stored data

On the "Application" tab, select "Storage." Under "Clear site data," select all the checkboxes, then click "Clear selected."
